ADRA Relief Videos on YouTube

Volunteers working with ADRA New Zealand and Australia have produced three short films regarding their relief and recovery work.

Robert Patton, Manager, Emergency Management, says the videos were taken from hours of footage by a local church station and produced by a local production company, Good News Productions. The local volunteers spent hours filming and editing the footage.

”These volunteers wanted to share their stories with the world.”

Mr. Patton says these videos are important in educating people outside the Pacific region regarding the issues created from the tsunami and that continued support is necessary to help rebuild communities in Samoa.

”While we in Oceania and Australia are very aware what is going in Samoa, the wider international community needs to have more information and help us rebuild communities in Samoa.”
