ADRA Charity Run Raises over $46,000 for ADRA NZ

The annual ADRA Charity Run attracted a record entry of 1615 and of those there were 725 runners in the 21K section with 617 taking part in the 10K and the rest either walking or jogging the 5K.

The winners time was 1hr12min recorded by David Morton and this time set a new ADRA record despite the addition of a few extra hill climbs brought about by a late council road closure.

ADRA NZ were beneficiaries of more than $46,000.00 for their work for disadvantaged people both nationally and internationally and thanked all sponsors, donors and helpers for the way the event would assist with future projects.
